Frequently Asked Questions
Courses
What level of functional skills is suitable for my child?
There is no set age limit for any of the 3 levels I teach. However, the Entry Level 3 class is the most basic and is designed for students needing help with the foundations of maths, with students in the latter KS2 and early KS3 being the most common ages in that class, but not limited to them. Level 1 is the next stage, followed by the most advanced stage, Level 2.
What are Admin/IT Classes about?
Admin/IT classes are a combination of IT skills and program usage, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, tied in with the understanding of administration roles and life in a workplace.
What age group is Admin/IT suitable for?
Admin/IT is suitable for most ages between KS3 and KS4. The material can become complex at times, but I make sure to simplify it enough for younger students to follow along as well.

Payment Questions
Where are the payment details?
There is a link on this website or on the document you have been provided with when enquiring.
How frequently should I pay?
The preferred method is per half term, but I also accept monthly and weekly payments if that is easier.
If my two children are attending the same lesson, do I pay for them both?
No. I charge per household rather than per device. This is limited to family members who live in the same household.
Do I still pay if we are away or miss a lesson due to illness?
Yes. All lessons are recorded and must not be missed, as this can lead to falling behind in the course.
Resources
Do I need to purchase the workbooks?
This is optional. I would highly recommend it for all of my maths classes. However, for P.E., Admin/IT, Environmental, and Guitar, workbooks are not as essential because I provide all resources needed at the end of each lesson.
